We provide same-day delivery across Yorkshire, with nationwide UK delivery completed within two days. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure your halal meat arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once delivery has been completed, and orders should be checked immediately on arrival.

All products are delivered in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging and are supplied fresh or frozen, as stated at the time of purchase. For food safety, meat must be used immediately or placed straight into the fridge or freezer upon delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements may be considered only for incorrect, damaged, or temperature-affected items and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Any issues reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
